体育产业背景下体育经营人才储备探析

摘　　要：现阶段,体育产业作为一项服务型行业,在市场需求的推动下呈现了良好的发展趋势,逐步推进我国体育事业的健康发展,但也存在一些被人们忽视的问题,最突出的问题就是体育经营人才的匮乏。以此为着力点,在分析体育经营人才发展现状的基础上,提出体育经营人才的素质要求与培养策略,以期解决当前体育产业在发展中遇到的问题,为保障我国体育产业的可持续发展提供借鉴。At present,as a service-oriented industry,the sports industry has shown a good development trend driven by market demand to promote the healthy development of my country′s sports industry.At the same time,it has also generated some issues worthy of attention,the most prominent problem is the shortage of sports management talents.On the basis of analyzing the development status of sports management talents,this paper puts forward the quality requirements and training strategies of sports management talents to solve the current development problems in the sports industry and provides some references for realizing the sustainable development of sports industry in China.
