摘　　要：命案积案作为一类特殊的刑事案件一直客观存在,与现发的案件相较存在质性上的特殊性。选择了A省近年来侦破的53起命案积案为研究样本,采用个案分析的方法,通过梳理统计各维度的信息,旨在由点到面为研究命案积案侦查工作提供多元化的观察视角,认为公安机关首先要坚定命案积案能够侦破的信心与决心,其次要注重基础工作的夯实、警务协作的加强、侦查科技化的应用,最后还要在案件办理质量、工作宣传问题上给予高度重视。As a special type of criminal case,accumulative homicide cases have always existed objectively,and compared with current cases,they are qualitatively specific.The 53 accumulative homicide cases detected in Province A in recent years were selected as the research sample,and the method of case analysis was adopted to sort out information from various dimensions to provide a diversified perspective for the investigation of accumulative homicide cases.The public security organs must first strengthen the confidence and determination that homicide cases can be detected;secondly,they must focus on the consolidation of basic work,the strengthening of police cooperation,and the application of scientific investigations;and finally,they must attach great importance to the quality of case handling and work publicity.
