论智能道路交通控制与应急指挥实验室建设

摘　　要：智能道路交通控制与应急指挥实验室的建设,是为提高辽宁警察学院公安复合型应用人才的培养质量,满足公安交通管理与应急指挥的基础实验条件需要而建设的。本实验室的建设,是在经申请并获批中央财政专项资金和学院自筹资金的基础上,以公安大数据为背景,阐明其建设的目标与思路,论证其建设的必要性与可行性,说明其建设的内容与监管、预期效益与运行安全管理,为其他院校实验室的建设提供借鉴。The construction of Intelligent Road Traffic Control and Emergency Command Laboratory is to improve the training quality of police compound applied talents in Liaoning Police College and to meet the basic experimental conditions of police traffic management and emergency command.The construction of this laboratory is based on the application and approval of the central financial special projects and self-financing funds,taking the background of Big Data of public security as the background,to clarify the goal and thinking of its construction,and to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of its construction,the contents and supervision,expected benefits and Operation Safety Management of the construction are described.The purpose is to provide reference for the construction of laboratories in other universities.
