摘　　要：当前,我国社会正处在改革发展的关键时期,对警务指挥人才的要求越来越高。因此,各级公安机关特别是公安院校必须坚持实战引领,深化实战化教育教学改革,并从创新人才培养理念、政治建校文化育人、合理构建育人体系、警教融合协同育人等方面,创新人才培养模式,切实提高警务指挥人才培养质量。Presently,China is in a key period of reform and development,and the demands for police commanding talents are getting higher and higher.Therefore,all levels of police organizations(especially police universities)should adhere to practical guidance and deepen the reform of practical education and teaching.Then to innovate the talent training model from the aspects of innovative talent training ideas,police education based on politics and culture,reasonable construction of education system,the integration of police and education as well as collaborative education,etc.
