VB编写自动处理程序在网刊建设中的应用

摘　　要：获取含有元数据的Excel文件、全文pdf文件、html文件是网刊发布的重要内容。以《东北大学学报》(自然科学版)网刊发布系统为平台,对网刊发布中所需数据文件的获取进行探索与实践。利用VB编写了网刊建设辅助程序。程序主要实现对方正排版文件进行元数据提取并生成Excel文件,解决了网刊发布及时更新问题;对中国知网文本文件进行提取获得历史期刊数据;对全文pdf文件进行批量重命名等功能。最后对全文html文件的生成进行模型设计。实际应用表明,仅几秒钟就可以完成一期数据的提取工作,大大提高了工作效率。It is an important part of the online publication work to obtain Excel files,full-text pdf files,and html files containing metadata.This article uses the“Journal of Northeastern University”(Natural Science)online journal as a platform to explore and practice the acquisition of data files in online journal system.An auxiliary program for online journal construction is compiled by using VB software.The program mainly realizes the metadata extraction and the generation of Excel files,which solves the timely update of the online journal.Historical journal data is obtained by extracting CNKI text files.Full-text pdf files are renamed in batches,and the generation of full-text html files is designed.Practical application shows that the data extraction of every issue can be completed in only a few seconds,which greatly improves work efficiency.
