摘　　要：[目的]构建痛风APP用户使用意愿影响因素模型,定量分析模型中影响因素对使用意愿的作用路径及强度。[方法]整合健康信念模型和信息系统成功模型作为理论框架,构建结构方程模型,定量分析模型各维度对使用意愿的影响,用最大似然法对初始模型进行拟合,采用路径系数分析模型各部分对使用意愿的作用路径。[结果]修正后的结构方程模型所有适配度指标均符合推荐标准,模型拟合较好。感知易感性、感知严重性、感知效益、感知障碍、自我效能、系统质量、信息质量、服务质量对使用意愿的总效应分别为0.227、0.150、0.164、-0.289、0.037、0.127、0.210、0.149。[结论]模型具有较好的整体适配度,整合健康信念模型和信息系统成功模型可以有效预测和解释痛风APP用户的使用意愿。Objective:To construct a model for the influencing factors of usage intention of gout applications of users,to analyze the impact path and intensity of influencing factors on usage intention quantitatively.Methods:Integrating the health belief model and the information system success model as the theoretical framework,construct the structural equation model based on the framework,so as to quantitatively analyze the influence of each dimension of the model on the usage intention,fitting the initial model with the maximum likelihood method,and using the path coefficient to show how these dimensions affect the usage intention in this model.Results:All the fitness indexes of the modified structural equation model met the recommended criteria,so the model fitted well.The total effects of perceived susceptibility,perceived severity,perceived benefit,perceived barriers,self-efficacy,system quality,information quality,and service quality on usage intention respectively were 0.227,0.150,0.164,-0.289,0.037,0.127,0.210,0.149.Conclusions:This model had a good overall fitness,the integration of health belief model and the information system success model could effectively predict and explain the usage intention of gout applications of users.
