淋巴瘤病人心理韧性与焦虑抑郁不良情绪的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查淋巴瘤病人心理韧性的影响因素及与焦虑、抑郁的相关性。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、恶性肿瘤病人特质心理韧性量表和焦虑抑郁情绪测定表,对广东省中山大学肿瘤防治中心内科150例淋巴瘤病人进行问卷调查。[结果]不同工作状况、家庭人均月收入的淋巴瘤病人心理韧性得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理韧性得分与焦虑、抑郁得分呈负相关(P<0.01);工作状况、家庭人均月收入、焦虑总分和抑郁总分最终进入多元回归方程,共预测心理韧性总分总变异的23.42%。[结论]淋巴瘤病人心理韧性水平受多种因素影响,医务人员应制定针对性的干预措施降低病人的焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,提高病人的心理韧性水平,提高病人的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of psychological resilience and its correlation with anxiety and depression in lymphoma patients.Methods:A total of 150 patients with lymphoma in the internal medicine department of the Cancer Prevention and Control Center of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangdong province were investigated by means of the general condition questionnaire,the Resilience Scale Specific to Cancer(RS-SC)and the anxiety and depression emotion measurement table.Results:There were statistically significant differences in psychological resilience among patients with different work status,family per capita monthly income(P<0.05).The score of psychological resilience was negatively correlated with the score of anxiety and depression(P<0.01).Work status,family per capita monthly income,total scores of anxiety and depression were finally included in the multiple regression equation,which predicted 23.42%of the total variation of the total scores of psychological resilience.Conclusions:Since the psychological resilience level of lymphoma patients was affected by many factors,medical personnel should formulate targeted intervention measures to reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the psychological resilience level of patients and improve the quality of life.
