摘 要:目的:评估M3-Pro机用镍钛锉预备弯曲根管后的器械损伤情况,为临床安全使用M3-Pro机用镍钛锉提供理论依据和实验参考。方法:选用M3-Pro机用镍钛锉13套,随机分为A组6套,B组6套,对照组1套。A组预备离体牙中度弯曲根管,B组预备离体牙重度弯曲根管。每预备1个根管后,在体式显微镜下观察并记录镍钛锉表面损伤情况,并与新镍钛锉进行比较。结果:A组6套镍钛锉,分别在使用15~24次后出现器械损伤,13支出现缺损或螺纹变形,其中Mpathy锉和MP-1锉的损伤率占84.6%,均未发生器械分离。B组6套镍钛锉,分别在使用9~15次后出现器械损伤,18支出现缺损或螺纹变形,1支发生器械分离,其中MOP、Mpathy和MP-1的损伤率占84.2%。结论:建议使用M3-Pro机用镍钛锉预备中度弯曲根管的使用次数不超过15次,预备重度弯曲根管的使用次数不超过9次。使用后重点检查MOP、Mpathy和MP-1的锉尖3~5mm位置,及时发现损伤,以减少器械分离的发生。Objective:To evaluate the device damage after preparing curved root canal with M3 Pro Ni-Ti file,and to provide theoretical basis and experimental reference for clinical safe use of M3 Pro Ni-Ti file.Methods:13 sets of M3 Pro Ni-Ti files were selected and randomly divided into 6 sets in group A,6 sets in group B and 1 set in control group.In group A,moderately curved root canals were prepared,while in group B,severely curved root canals were prepared.After preparing one root canal,the surface damage of Ni-Ti file was observed and recorded under asana microscope,and compared with that of new Ni-Ti file.Results:In group A,6 sets Ni-Ti files were damaged after 15-24 times of use,13 of them were damaged or deformed.Among them,the damage rate of Mpathy file and MP-1 file accounted for 84.6%,and no separation occurred.In group B,6 sets Ni-Ti files were damaged 9-15 times after use,18 of them were damaged or deformed,and one of them was separated from the other.The damage rate of MOP,Mpathy and MP-1 accounted for 84.2%.Conclusion:It is suggested that the use of Ni-Ti file for preparing moderately curved root canal should not exceed 15 times,and the use of Ni-Ti file for preparing severely curved root canal should not exceed 9 times.After use,it is important to check the 3-5mm position of the file tips of MOP,Mpathy and MP-1,find out the damage in time,so as to reduce the occurrence of device separation.
