摘 要:皮胶原纤维网络(LCFN)与大多数蛋白质材料一样,具有应用于高聚物阻燃改性的潜力。但受限于其相对较低的极限氧指数(LOI),必须进一步改性。本文选用双氰胺树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、丙烯酸树脂、植物栲胶、铬粉和十八水硫酸铝作为复鞣剂,研究了复鞣剂种类和用量对LCFN阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:采用复鞣的方法均能在一定程度上提高LCFN的阻燃性能。而经由铝复鞣的LCFN由于具有更高的起始分解温度、更高的残碳率(800℃)以及更致密牢固的残碳结构,进而表现出更好的阻燃性能。特别是当Al2O3的用量为3%时,LCFN充分吸收了铝复鞣剂,其LOI可达61.4%,800℃下的残碳率可达13.65%,表现出优良的阻燃性能。Leather collagen fiber network(LCFN),as a kind of protein materials,has the potential to be prepared into flame retardant filler for polymer modification.However,due to its relatively low limit oxygen index(LOI),the modification of LCFN is needed for this purpose.In this study,the modification was undertaken by retanning LCFN using dicyandiamide resin,melamine resin,acrylic resin,vegetable tannin,chromium tanning agent and aluminum sulfate,respectively.The effects of type and dosage of retanning agents on the flame retardancy of the LCFN were studied.The results showed that retanning can improve the flame retardancy of LCFN.The LCFN retanned by aluminum sulfate had the best flame retardant performance due to the highest initial decomposition temperature,the largest char yield(800℃),and stable and dense structure of carbon residue.Especially,when the dosage of aluminum sulfate(based on Al2O3)was 3%,the LOI and char yield(800℃)of the modified LCFN increased to 61.4%and 13.65%,respectively,which exhibited excellent flame retardant performance.
