环境规制及产业升级视角下的皮革产业发展环境分析

摘　　要：从“环境规制”、“产业升级”的视角出发,对我国皮革产业的国内国际发展环境进行分析。国内发展主要受环保政策、产业政策的影响较大,国际发展环境主要体现在国际贸易领域中的技术、环保壁垒、动物福利壁垒和贸易救济措施上。在此基础上分析发展环境中的各种利弊因素,总结我国皮革产业发展环境的现状、趋势及面临的主要问题。This article analyzes the domestic and international development environment of my country's leather industry from the perspective of"environmental regulation"and"industrial upgrading".Domestic development is mainly affected by environmental protection policies and industrial policies.The international development environment is mainly reflected in technical and environmental barriers,animal welfare barriers and trade remedies in the field of international trade.On this basis,it analyzes various pros and cons factors in the development environment,and summarizes the current situation,trends and major problems facing the development environment of my country's leather industry.
