摘 要:针对当前指挥决策预案数量少、匹配成功率低和适应性差等问题,提出了一种新的指挥决策预案图构建方法。首先,建立了作战态势演变模型,采用随机方法生成作战态势演变过程,并以作战态势演变为主线,利用遗传算法优化选取了应对初始作战态势的指挥决策预案;然后,综合考虑指挥决策预案的有效应对性和调整变化量,生成了应对不同作战态势的指挥决策预案及其调整关系;最后,采用有向图描述作战态势的演变情况和指挥决策预案的调整过程,形成了基于作战态势演变的指挥决策预案有向图。与传统指挥决策预案制作方法相比,该方法可有效提升预案匹配的成功率和预案对作战态势变化的适应性。Aiming at the problems of low number of the command preplans,low matching success rate and poor adaptability,a novel command preplan graph method is proposed.Firstly,the situation evolvement model is established,and the situation evolvement process is generated by random method.Based on the situation evolvement,the command preplans against the initial situations are optimized using the genetic algorithms.Then,the command preplans and the adjustment relationship for different combat situations are generated,considering the availability and adjustment amount.Finally,the oriented graph is used to describe the evolvement of the combat situation and the adjustment process of the command preplans,and an oriented graph of command preplans based on the evolution of combat situation is produced.Compared with the traditional method,it effectively improves the matching probability of command preplans and the adjustability for changing situation.
