摘　　要：以网络化和信息化现代战争应用背景与功能需求为基础,基于开源的浏览器引擎Webkit设计了一种应用于指挥信息系统的轻量化通用信息平台软件。该平台软件能够同时支持现代Web前端应用的集成接入与本地应用程序的集成接入,可为上层业务应用提供通用功能实现、平台无关的调用接口与集成接入环境。基于该平台实现了指挥控制信息业务系统原型设计,并应用于某预研项目。Based on the application background and the functional requirements of the modern network-centric information warfare,the general lightweight military information platform software is designed based on the open source browser engine Webkit.The platform software can support the integration accesses of the local application and the modern web front-end application,and provide the common function realization,the platform independent interface,and the integrated access environment for the upper layer business application.Based on this platform,the prototype of the command and control information business system is implemented and applied to a pre-research project.
