摘　　要：干粉吸入剂作为一种肺部给药制剂,具有吸入效率高、药物稳定性好、环境友好等特点,目前国外已有多种干粉吸入剂上市,由于该剂型面临药物颗粒雾化性能、沉积性能、评价方式等方面的挑战,国内干粉吸入剂的研究仍处于起步阶段。本文作者以国内外35篇文献为依据,对干粉吸入剂的组成、性能影响因素以及体内、体外评价方法等研究进展进行归纳和总结,期望为干粉吸入剂的开发提供参考。As a kind of pulmonary drug delivery,dry powder inhaler has the characteristics of high inhalation efficiency,good drug stability and environmental friendliness.At present,there are many kinds of dry powder inhalers in foreign countries.Due to the challenges of atomization performance,deposition performance and evaluation method of dry powder inhaler,the domestic research is still in its infancy.By reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,this article reviewed its compositions,performance factors,and in vitro and in vivo evaluation methods.It is expected to provide reference for the development of dry powder inhalants.
