摘  要:汽车在夏季雨后或高湿地区行驶过程中开启空调进行制冷时,空调系统的压缩机端会由于湿度原因产生结霜现象从而导致空调制冷效果减弱。因此,作为主机厂,为了提升产品的竞争力,如何在空调系统正向设计阶段预防这一现象的发生就显得尤为重要。文章通过描述运用环境模拟仓在样车开发阶段开展的空调系统结霜试验及其试验结果,重点阐述了环境模拟仓在空调系统正向设计中的应用。When the air conditioner is turned on for refrigeration after rain or high humidity area in summer,the compressor end of the air conditioning system will frost due to humidity,which will lead to the reduction of air conditioning cooling effect.Therefore,as a main engine plant,in order to enhance the competitiveness of products,how to prevent this pheno-menon in the forward design stage of air conditioning system is particularly important.This paper describes the frosting test and test results of the air conditioning system using the environmental simulation bin in the development stage of the sample vehicle,and focuses on the application of the environmental simulation bin in the forward design of the air conditioning system.
