重型商用车性能仿真与参数敏感度分析

摘　　要：利用Cruise软件创建半挂牵引车整车仿真计算模型。根据仿真结果,分析参数变化对整车动力性与燃油经济性的影响程度。并进行了实车性能试验,将仿真结果与原始试验数据进行比较,得出对动力性与燃油经济性影响程度最大的参数,在后期可有针对性地对整车的某些参数进行优化,以达到改善整车动力性与经济性的目的。整车参数的敏感度信息对车辆动力总成匹配工作具有一定的指导意义。Creating simulation calculation model of semi-trailer truck by Cruise software.According to the simulation results,the influence degree of parameters change on vehicle power performance and fuel economy is analyzed.Real vehicle performance test is carried out,and the test result is compared with simulation result to get the parameters that have the greatest influence on power performance and fuel economy.At a later stage,some parameters of the vehicle can be optimized to improve the power performance and fuel economy of the vehicle.The sensitivity information of vehicle parameters has certain guiding significance for vehicle powertrain matching.
