摘  要:为将某核电厂机组运行期间抽取的反应堆压力容器辐照监督管运输至分析单位进行检验,需特别研制一种运输容器。该运输容器能够可靠装载反应堆压力容器辐照监督管,实现监督管的公路运输,并且能够满足监督管取出至热室进行切割检验操作的要求。该运输容器的研制采用设计与试验验证相结合的方法,设计工作主要包括容器的屏蔽计算、结构设计和力学评定,试验内容主要包括容器的贯穿试验、自由下落试验以及屏蔽性能试验。结果表明,研制的辐照监督管运输容器满足功能要求,并符合GB 11806—2004标准的规定。目前,本运输容器已完成首根辐照监督管的运输任务。In order to safely transport the irradiation monitoring pipe of the reactor pressure vessel extracted from some in-operation Nuclear Power Plant to the analysis unit for inspection,a special transport vessel needs to be developed.The transport vessel can load the irradiation monitoring pipe reliably,realize the highway transport of the irradiation monitoring pipe,and meet the requirements of taking out the irradiation monitoring pipe to the hot cell for cutting inspection.A method of combining design and test verification is adopted for the development of this transport vessel.The design mainly includes shielding calculation,structure design and mechanical evaluation.Verification tests mainly include penetration test,free falling test and shielding performance test.The results show that the developed transport vessel can fulfill the functional requirements and requirements of GB 11806—2004 standard.The transport vessel has completed the first irradiation monitoring pipe transport task by now.
