摘　　要：V法造型可以提高铸件质量、简化设备并且具有运行成本低、金属利用率高、环保等特点。真空系统是V法造型的核心,同时也是一个耗能设备,采用PID节能控制能够帮助企业降低成本增加利润。V-method molding can improve the quality of castings and simplify equipment with characteristics of low operating cost,high metal utilization,and environmental protection.The vacuum system is the core of the V-method molding which is also an energy-consuming device.The use of PID energy-saving control in the vacuum system can help companies reduce costs and increase profits.
