摘  要:在推导和分析含铬铁水氧化脱磷的热力学条件的基础上,分析铁液中的各个元素对磷活度的影响。在热力学的基础上分析碳含量和铁液中平衡氧势的关系,可以确定出"脱磷保铬"反应进行时不同温度下最佳的碳含量。通过调整碳含量来改变铁水中碳、铬、磷的氧势从而实现选择性氧化。On the basis of the derivation and analysis of the thermodynamic conditions for oxidative dephosphorization of chromium-containing molten iron,the influence of each element in the molten iron on the phosphorus activity is analyzed.By analyzing the relationship between carbon content and equilibrium oxygen potential in molten iron on the basis of thermodynamics,the optimal carbon content at different temperatures has been determined during the"dephosphorization and chromium preservation"reaction process.The oxygen potential of carbon,chromium,and phosphorus in the molten iron has been changed to achieve selective oxidation by adjusting the carbon content.
