粘土湿型砂造型机发展概述

摘　　要：跨越三个世纪历程的粘土湿型砂造型机机型,按分型面紧实硬度分为中低压造型和高压造型两个时期;按紧实强度曲线的透气性分为背松面紧、背紧大于面紧、背紧小于面紧三种状态;按造型方式分为砂箱和脱箱两种类别。对不同时期、不同状态、不同类别代表性机型的造型原理,采取薄古厚今、点到为止、图示为重的方式,一一做了简明扼要的阐述,以期为设备的选型,特别是造型机型式的选择以及铸造设备的研发,提供些许参考和借鉴。In the text,the clay green sand molding machine models which span three centuries have been divided into two periods of medium&low pressure molding and high pressure molding according to the compaction hardness of the parting surface.According to the air permeability of the compact strength curve,they have been divided into three states including the loose back tight surface,tighter back than face,and less tight back than face.According to the modeling method,they have been divided into two types of development including sand box and off box.The modeling principles of representative models in different periods,different states and different categories have been expounded concisely in a way of less past&more modern,point-to-point,and focusing on the diagrams.It is hoped to provide reference for the selection of molding machine type during research and development process of foundry equipment.
