摘  要:轨道交通铸钢件表面质量要求较高,传统生产工艺铸件表面一致性差,夹砂、裂纹等缺陷较多,难以满足客户要求。通过覆膜砂壳型工艺试验及型芯、型砂、涂料等过程控制,铸件质量得以显著提升,获得了良好的改进效果。The surface quality of steel castings in rail transit has been required to be higher,and the surface consistency of steel castings in traditional production process is poor with many defects such as sand clamping and cracks,which can hardly meet the requirements of customers.Through the coated sand shell type process test and process control of core,molding sand,coating,the casting quality has been significantly improved and good improvement results have been obtained.
