摘　　要：阐述了大型柴油机机体大缸芯分体和整体制芯的优缺点;对大缸芯整体制芯工艺和难点做了重点探讨。大缸芯整体制芯可以显著提升铸件精度和尺寸一致性,在一定程度上提高了生产效率。The advantages and disadvantages of the split and integral core making of the large cylinder core of the large diesel engine block have been explained in the text;the process and difficulties of the integral core making of the large cylinder core have been mainly discussed.The integral core-making of the large cylinder core can significantly improve the accuracy and dimensional consistency of the castings,which improves the production efficiency to a certain extent.
