摘　　要：设立科创板并试点注册制是我国资本市场改革的重大举措。论文基于资本市场改革视角,研究科创板上市相关规定和制度等方面的内容,对比分析国内外退市制度差异,从实行注册制放宽企业上市条件、优化股权结构设计、强化信息公开披露和严格退市制度四个方面分析科创板的设立对上市公司产生的影响以及对我国深化资本市场改革、构建多层次资本市场的启示。The establishment of the Sci-Tech innovation board and the pilot registration system is a major measure of China’s capital market reform.Based on the perspective of capital market reform,the relevant regulations and systems on the listing of science and technology innovation board are studied.Comparing and analyzing the differences of delisting systems in the domestic and overseas,and from the four aspects of relaxing the listing conditions of enterprises,optimizing the design of equity structure,strengthening the public disclosure of information and strict delisting system,to analyze the influence of the establishment of the Sci-Tech innovation board on the listed companies and its enlightenment on deepening the reform of the capital market and constructing the multi-level capital market in China.
