摘  要:P92钢系超超临界机组主蒸汽管道的重要用钢,由于长期处于高温、高压的服役环境中,不可避免会发生蠕变损伤,由此造成的事故逐年增加。因此,进行精确的寿命预测对于超超临界机组的使用和设计具有重要参考意义。通过650℃不同应力水平下P92钢的蠕变试验,分析了P92钢的蠕变曲线和蠕变变形,在此基础上利用修正的Theta法对蠕变数据进行分析,研究了P92钢的蠕变行为并对其寿命进行预测。研究结果表明,与传统Theta法相比,修正Theta法得到的结果与试验数据吻合度更高,误差更小。P92 steel as an important steel for main steam pipeline of ultra-supercritical units,inevitably suffers from creep damage due to long term service environment with high temperature and high pressure,which will lead to creep failure.Its accurate life prediction is of great reference significance for the use and design of ultra-supercritical units.The creep curve and deformation of P92 steel under different stress levels at 650℃were analyzed.On this basis,the modified Theta projection concept method was adopted to analyze the creep data,and the creep behavior of P92 steel was studied and its life was predicted.The research results show that compared with the traditional Theta projection concept method,the results obtained by the modified Theta projection concept method are more consistent with the experimental data with smaller errors.
