摘  要:简要介绍了丁烷组分及其低温储存系统的工艺流程。分析了导致丁烷低温常压储罐超压的各工况,分别计算了各工况下的丁烷蒸发气泄放量,根据可能组合工况下的超压排放量,选择最大排放量来确定储罐系统的最大超压泄放量,提出了丁烷低温常压储罐安全泄放系统蒸发气泄放量计算的基本方法,确定了丁烷低温常压储罐安全阀和真空安全阀选型的设计质量流量。The butane components and process flow of butane cryogenic storage system were briefly introduced.Various conditions leading to overpressure of cryogenic atmospheric tank for butane storage were analyzed and the boiled off gas quantity under each condition was calculated respectively.According to the possible combination of conditions,the maximum overpressure gas flow rate was selected for the design of the relief system of the cryogenic atmospheric tank for butane storage and the design flow rate of safety valve and vacuum relief valve were determined for the butane cryogenic atmospheric tank.
