摘　　要：为适应当前安全、环保及职业卫生等方面的要求,化工行业粉粒体投料逐步由人工投料改为粉粒体输送设备投料。根据工作原理,粉粒体输送设备主要划分为机械输送设备、气力输送设备和液力输送设备。经过近数十年的发展,目前广泛应用于化工行业的粉粒体输送设备主要有机械输送设备中的螺旋输送机、管链输送机以及气力输送设备中的正压气力输送设备。介绍了这3类粉粒体输送设备的基本工艺路线及其优、缺点,简述了输送设备在化工行业中的应用及近年来的研究进展,同时提出了发展展望。In order to meet the current requirements of safety,environmental protection and occupational hygiene,the powder feeding in the chemical industry has gradually changed from manual feeding to the powder conveying equipment.According to the working principle,the powder conveying equipment can be divided into mechanical conveying equipment,pneumatic conveying equipment and hydraulic conveying equipment.After decades of development,the powder conveying equipment widely used in chemical industry production are mainly screw conveyor,pipe chain conveyor and positive pressure pneumatic conveying equipment in pneumatic conveying equipment.The process route,advantages,disadvantages,applications,research progress and the development prospects of these three kinds of conveying equipment were introduced.
