摘 要:以霍州煤电集团李雅庄煤矿8105大采高综放工作面为工程背景,研究了年产千万吨大采高综放开采技术的实践应用。实践应用效果理想,平均进度为4.72 m/d,采出率达88.9%,工作面设备开机率达92.1%,年产千万吨国产化大采高综放成套装设备中的支架、采煤机、刮板运输机、转载机、胶带运输机等设备,均达到了千万吨能力,各套设备性能稳定,工作可靠。Taking 8105 fully mechanized caving face with large mining height in Liyazhuang Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group as the engineering background,this paper studied the practice and application of fully mechanized caving mining technology with large mining height and annual output 10 million tons.The result of practical application is ideal.The average progress is 4.72 m/d,the recovery rate is 88.9%,and the start-up rate of working face equipment is 92.1%.The support,shearer,scraper conveyor,transfer machine,belt conveyor and other equipment in the domestic large fully mechanized caving equipment with large mining height and annual output of 10 million tons have reached the capacity of 10 million tons.Each set of equipment has stable performance and reliable operation.
