摘  要:由于现有的高速铁路线路建设评价存在赋值不准确、评价指标相关性较高等问题,使得评价结果不够客观。针对以上问题,从提升路网运营效率的角度对已建成的高速铁路线路进行综合评价,对于今后建设优质线路、优化高速铁路网络结构具有重要的作用。通过分析高速铁路线路6项评价指标,运用TOPSIS法和主成分分析法分别建立了高速铁路线路建设及运营效果的综合评价体系,借助SPSS软件对最近3年修建的高铁线路进行评价指标分析,并对评价结果进行优劣性排序,可以得出渝贵高铁、郑徐高铁、宝兰高铁优越性较高,沪昆高铁、杭黄高铁优越性较低。分析结果表明,本文设计的评价方法能够合理、客观地反映不同高速铁路线路在网络化条件下运营效率的差异,为今后铁路建设提供参考。Due to inaccurate valuation and high correlation of evaluation index in the existing evaluation of high-speed railway line construction,evaluation results are not sufficiently objective.In view of the above problems,the comprehensive evaluation of the completed high-speed railway lines from the perspective of improving the operation efficiency plays an important role in building high-quality lines and optimizing the structure of high-speed railway network in the future.Based on the analysis of six evaluation indexes of high-speed railway,comprehensive evaluation systems are established respectively for the construction and operation of high-speed railway lines by using TOPSIS method and principal component analysis method.SPSS software is used to analyze the evaluation indexes of the high-speed railway lines built in recent three years,and the evaluation results are ranked by their advantages and disadvantages.It can be concluded that Chongqing-Guiyang,Zhengzhou-Xuzhou and Baoji-Lanzhou High-speed Railway have higher advantages,while Shanghai-Kunming Line and Hangzhou-Huangshan Line have relatively low advantages.The results show that the evaluation method designed in this paper can reasonably and objectively reflect the differences in operation efficiency of different high-speed railway lines under network conditions,and provide certain references for future railway line construction.
