摘  要:针对电气化铁路供电安全检测系统中缺少对接触网补偿装置运行状态实时监测的问题,研制了补偿装置在线监测系统。该系统的监控终端以树莓派作为核心控制器,采集现场图像、温湿度以及坠砣至地面的距离,利用云服务器将数据上传至数据库进行存储和分析;为解决工程中误报问题,在数据超限报警时加拍现场图像,利用数字图像处理技术实现二次判断并发出报警信息,形成闭环控制;工作人员可通过远程监控客户端的人机交互界面获取监测结果,并且可以对历史数据进行查询和下载。经实测,现场实测坠砣至地面的距离与系统测量数据的误差为0.08%,在允许范围内;当有异物遮挡测距探头时,摄像功能能够判断为异物入侵,可以有效避免误报警。该系统性能稳定,控制精度较高,实现了对补偿装置的实时监测,为机车的安全运行提供保障。Aiming at the short of real-time monitoring of the operation status of the catenary compensation device in the electrified railway power supply safety detection system,this paper develops an online monitoring system for the compensation device.The monitoring terminal of this system uses the Raspberry Pi as the core controller to collect on-site images,temperature and humidity,and the distance from the counterweight to the ground.Cloud server is used to upload data to the database for storage and analysis.In order to solve the problem of false alarm during the project,additional on-site images are taken when the data exceeds the limit,and digital image processing technology is used to implement secondary judgment and send out alarm information to form a closed-loop control to allow the staff not only to obtain the collection results through the human-machine interactive interface of the remote monitoring client,but also query and download historical data.Field measurement shows that the error between the measured distance from the counterweight to the ground and the system measurement data is 0.08%,which is within the allowable range.When a foreign object covers the distance measuring probe,the camera can judge it as the intrusion of a foreign object,which can effectively avoid false alarms.The system has stable performance and high control accuracy.It realizes real-time monitoring of the compensation device and provides guarantee for the safe operation of the train.
