摘  要:近年来,民办高校思政课师资素质取得较大进步,但进一步提升思政课师资素质仍面临诸多困境。全面提高民办高校思政课师资素质需要政府、学校和教师的三方合力。政府在管理体制机制要有所突破,通过依法治校、强化监督、加大扶持,维护好思政课教师的各项权益。民办高校要以高度的政治站位淡化功利化办学理念,从数量、质量和制度上配齐建强思政课师资队伍,落实好政策要求。教师主体要发挥主观能动性,克服职业倦怠,努力提升理论修为、教研水平和道德修养,实现好自我发展。In recent years,the quality of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges has made great progress,but there are still many difficulties in further improving the quality of ideological and political course teachers.To comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities,the government should make breakthroughs in the management system and mechanism,strengthen supervision and support by governing schools according to law,and safeguard the rights and interests of ideological and political course teachers.Private colleges and universities should weaken the utilitarian school-running concept with a high political position,complement and strengthen ideological and political course teachers from the perspective of quantity,quality and system,implement the policy well,and require teachers to give full play to their subjective initiative,overcome job burnout,and strive to improve the level of theoretical study and moral cultivation,so as to achieve self-development.
