摘　　要：非粗料纤维饲料(NFFS)主要指农作物籽实加工之后的副产品,来源广泛、价格低廉且可消化纤维含量较高,NFFS的合理使用对于提高奶牛的生产性能以及健康水平,同时对控制饲料成本具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了NFFS在奶牛生产实践中的应用情况及注意事项,以期为NFFS在我国奶牛养殖中的推广应用提供依据。Non-forage fiber sources(NFFS)main refer to by-products from the food processing industry,which are available worldwide and low-cost. NFFS are relatively high in fiber content,making them particularly suitable as feedstuffs for ruminants. The judicious use of NFFS represents an opportunity to improve the productivity and health of dairy cos while potentially controlling feed costs. This review will introduce the application and precautions of NFFS in dairy production practice,with a view to providing a basis for the promotion and application of NFFS in dairy production in China.
