摘　　要：为推广水肺潜水竞赛,让更多人了解并参与到水肺潜水竞赛项目中来,促进该项目可持续发展。本文拟采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,梳理水肺潜水项目的起源与发展,着重介绍水肺潜水项目竞赛方式及场地、装备要求,试图为从事水肺潜水竞赛项目教练员和运动员的训练和参赛提供一些具有参考价值的信息。研究表明:水肺潜水竞赛是一个年轻竞技运动项目,起源至今仅经历了22年的时间,但其自身的特点和魅力使其无论是在大众娱乐还是在竞技开展方面都迅速得到了人们的认可和接受。建议进一步细化和精确竞赛规则;利用现有优势和资源大力宣传和推广水肺潜水竞赛;优化和完善水肺潜水员教学体系,培养高水平竞技人才。The purpose of the study is to promote the SCUBA diving events,make more people get to know and participate in the sport,and promote the sustainable development of the event.The origin and development of SCUBA diving are analyzed by using the methods of literature and logic analysis.The competition mode,venue and equipment requirements of the sport are mainly introduced in order to provide some valuable information for the training and participation of coaches and athletes engaged in it.The research shows that sport diving is a young competitive sport,which has only experienced 22 years since its origin,but its own characteristics and charm make it quickly recognized and accepted by people in both mass entertainment and competitive development.It is suggested that the rules of SCUBA diving should be further refined and precise;the existing advantages and resources should be used to promote competitions;and the teaching system of sport divers should be optimized and improved to cultivate high-level competitive talents.
