摘 要:该设计是以分拣塑料工件为例,设计一个基于机器视觉的颜色识别和分拣系统。进行分拣工件任务的过程中,需要区分颜色各异的工件,剔除不需要的,如果使用人工分拣这种传统方法,不仅价格昂贵,而且工作效率不高。该设计使用了高性能的工业级CCD摄像头作为采集图像的工具,以此获取工件的图像信息,分析工件的颜色并计算工件的中心点坐标,完成这些工作后将信息通过串口发送到单片机中,单片机再根据收到的信息控制分拣结构对不同颜色的工件进行分拣。从实验的结果可以看出,本次所设计的分拣系统响应速度快、分拣效果好。在条件允许的情况下,能做到不同颜色的工件完全分离。By taking the sorting of plastic workpieces for an example,a color recognition and sorting system was designed based on machine vision.In the process of sorting workpieces,it is necessary to distinguish workpieces with different colors and eliminate those unnecessary ones.If traditional manual sorting is used,it is not only expensive,but also inefficient.The design uses a high-performance industrial-grade CCD camera as a tool to capture images to obtain image information of the workpiece,analyzes its color and calculate its center point coordinates.After completing these tasks,the information is sent to the microcontroller through the serial port,and then the single-chip microcomputer controls the sorting device to sort the workpieces with different colors according to the received information.The result of the experiment shows that the sorting system designed has a fast response speed and a good sorting effect.If conditions permit,the workpieces of different colors can be completely separated.
