摘 要:ZnO压敏电阻的老化主要由施加电压及温度因素造成,为研究其在工作电压下的热电特性,利用建立的压敏电阻交、直流老化试验平台,开展了热电应力下压敏电阻温度特性、荷电率特性及直流老化特性的试验研究。结果表明:1)直流电压荷电率(电压与压敏电压的比值)在85%~92%区间,泄漏电流和功耗随荷电率增大有下降趋势,而交流电压下两参数随荷电率的增加而增加;2)直流老化试验中,在97%荷电率和145℃温度下,10K250压敏电阻的泄漏电流经历了快速下降、缓慢上升、激增3个阶段。泄漏电流的剧增点(增长到初始值的900%),压敏电压(流过电阻片的直流电流为1 m A时的直流压敏电压)的变化小于1%,因此,将压敏电压值降为初始值的10%作为老化试验寿命终结判据是否合理有待进一步的研究。The aging of ZnO varistor is mainly caused by the application of voltage and temperature. In order to study the thermoelectric characteristics of the varistor under the working voltage,the temperature characteristics of the varistor under thermoelectric stress are developed by using the established varistor AC and DC aging test platform. Experimental study on charge rate characteristics and DC aging characteristics. The results show that: 1) DC voltage charge rate( ratio of voltage to varistor voltage) is in the range of 85% ~ 92%,leakage current and power consumption decrease with the increase of charge rate,while the two parameters of AC voltage are charged. The increase of the electric rate increases;2) In the DC aging test,the leakage current of the 10 K250 varistor experienced rapid decline,slow rise,and surge in the 97% charge rate and 145 ℃ temperature. The sudden increase point of the leakage current( which increases to 900% of the initial value),the variation of the varistor voltage( the DC varistor voltage when the DC current flowing through the resistor is 1 m A) is less than 1%,and therefore,the varistor voltage is lowered. Further study is required to determine whether it is reasonable to reduce the varistor voltage to10% of the initial value as the criterion of aging test.
