摘 要:RTV绝缘子凭借其优良的憎水性能和防污闪特性,广泛应用于我国电力系统输电线路中。选取江苏地区输电线路RTV绝缘子进行试验,从外观检查、厚度测试、附着力、憎水性、憎水迁移性、傅里叶红外光谱等方面分析了不同年限RTV绝缘子涂层的运行性能。结果表明:运行绝缘子RTV涂层喷涂不良率较高,喷涂工艺有待提高;运行4年以内的RTV涂层总体情况良好;运行8~10年的RTV涂层憎水性出现明显下降;运行10年以上的RTV涂层老化程度明显。RTV insulators are widely used in power transmission lines in China due to their excellent hydrophobicity and anti-pollution flashover characteristics. In this paper,RTV insulators of transmission lines in Jiangsu Province have been selected for testing. The performance of RTV insulators coatings with different service years is analyzed from the aspects of appearance inspection,thickness measurement,adhesion,hydrophobicity,hydrophobicity migration and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the defect rate of RTV coatings is high,and the spraying process needs to be improved;the overall situation of RTV coatings is good for insulators operated within 4 years;after 8 ~ 10 years of operation,the hydrophobicity of RTV coatings is obviously decreased;and after 10 years of operation,the aging degree of RTV coatings is obvious.
