摘  要:以硫酸镍、硫酸钴、硫酸锰混合盐和NaOH为实验原料,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)表面活性剂为添加剂,采用液相快速共沉淀法制备出小颗粒三元前驱体Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2,之后将碳酸锂与此前驱体混合均匀后经过两段高温热处理得到板块状单晶形貌的锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2。在2.8~4.3 V电压区间内表征材料的电化学性能,结果表明板块状单晶LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2正极材料在1 C下首次放电比容量为166.7 mAh/g,循环100次后容量保持率可达92.7%,在5 C下放电比容量高达127.9 mAh/g。The plate-type single crystal cathode material precursor Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 was synthesised by a facile solution co-precipitation method assisted the surfactant SDBS.The raw material was NiSO4,CoSO4,MnSO4 mixture and Na(OH).The plate-type single crystal cathode material LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 was prepared via solid-state two-sintering method with lithium carbonate and precursor Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 mixture.When it is evaluated in the voltage range from 2.8 to 4.3 V(vs.Li+/Li),its first discharge specific capacity is 166.7 mAh/g at 1 C with high capacity reten-tion(92.7%)after 100 cycles.The discharge specific capacity is 127.9 mAh/g at 5 C,indicating its superior rate performance.
