眶隔脂肪释放术治疗下睑松弛并倒睫的美学效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨眶隔脂肪释放术治疗下睑松弛并倒睫的疗效及美学效果。方法:选取笔者医院诊治的下睑松弛并倒睫患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组患者行睑袋切除术治疗,观察组患者行眶隔脂肪释放术治疗,观察两组疗效及围术期并发症发生情况。结果:两组术后下睑皮肤皱纹、睑袋程度、皮肤光泽度、睑泪沟评分较术前明显改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后优良率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后美学效果评分较术前明显改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率20.00%(8/40),高于观察组的5.00%(2/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眶隔脂肪释放术治疗下睑松弛并倒睫疗效及美学效果满意,并发症发生率低。Objective To investigate the effects clinical and aesthetic of orbital septum fat release in the treatment of lower eyelid relaxation and trichiasis.Methods We selected 80 casesof patients with lower eyelid relaxation and trichiasis,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with pouch resection,the observation group were treated with eye bag orbital fat release.The curative effect and perioperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The lower eyelid skin wrinkles,lower eyelid bag degree,skin gloss and eyelid lacrimal groove scores of the two groups were signifi cantly improved after operation,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the observation group after treatment was 92.50%(37/40),higher than that in the control group was 75.00%(30/40),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The aesthetic effect scores of the two groups were signifi cantly improved compared with those before the operation(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was 20.00%(8/40)higher than that of the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical and aesthetic effect of orbital septum fat release in the treatment of lower eyelid relaxation and trichiasis is satisfactory,and the incidence of complications is low.
