摘　　要：目的:研究注射A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid,HA)填充术治疗眉间纹的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年11月共96例于笔者医院治疗眉间纹的就医者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组应用A型肉毒毒素治疗,观察组在A型肉毒毒素注射前行HA填充术治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果,比较效果持续时间、皱纹评分、复发率和满意度。结果:观察组持续效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的皱纹评分为(0.69±0.41)分,低于对照组的(1.27±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为4.17%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分为(3.19±1.15)分,高于对照组的(2.54±1.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HA填充术联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗眉间纹疗效确切,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid(HA)injection in the treatment of glabellar lines.Methods A total of 96 patients between January 2017 and November 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with botulinum toxin type A,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid filling before the botulinum toxin type A.The therapeutic effects,the duration,wrinkle score,recurrence rate and satisfaction score in the two groups were compared.Results The continuous effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wrinkle score of the observation group was(0.69±0.41)points,which was lower than that in the control group[(1.27±0.59)points,P<0.05].The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(18.75%,P<0.05).The satisfaction score in the observation group was(3.19±1.15)points,higher than that in the control group[(2.54±1.03)points,P<0.05].Conclusion Hyaluronic acid filling combined with botulinum toxin type A for the treatment of glabellar lines is effective and safe,and has high clinical value.
