摘　　要：目的:观察308nm准分子光联合自体表皮移植术治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的62例稳定期白癜风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组:32例,采用自体表皮移植术治疗;治疗组:30例,采用308nm准分子光联合自体表皮移植术治疗,两组术后均随访3个月。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为97.0%和80.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者均未见明显的不良反应。结论:308nm准分子光联合自体表皮移植术治疗稳定期白癜风患者的临床疗效优于单纯自体表皮移植术,两组患者的安全性均较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 308nm excimer light combined with autoepidermal transplantation in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods Sixty-two patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups:the autoepidermal transplantation group(control group)32 cases,308nm excimer light combined with autoepidermal transplantation group(treatment group)30 cases.All patients were followed up for 3 months.Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.0%and 80.6%respectively,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of 308nm excimer light combined with autoepidermal grafting on patients with stable vitiligo is better than that of autoepidermal grafting alone,and the safety of both groups is better.
