摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复理念护理干预对全麻状态下鼻中隔矫正术患者应激反应及并发症的影响。方法:选择2017年4月-2019年4月经笔者医院诊治的鼻中隔偏曲患者98例,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=48),观察组给予快速康复理念护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。观察两组患者出院情况、心理、睡眠、舒适度、疼痛状况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后住院天数、总住院天数、住院总费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组心理评分低于术前,睡眠、舒适度评分高于术前(P<0.05);且观察组心理评分低于对照组,睡眠、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2h、1d、2d疼痛状况均低于对照组,且术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念护理干预可缓解全麻状态下鼻中隔矫正术患者的应激反应,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention with rapid rehabilitation concept on stress response and complications of patients undergoing nasal septal reconstruction under general anesthesia.Methods 98 patients with nasal septal deviation in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=50)received the nursing intervention based on fast track surgery concept,and the control group(n=48)received the routine nursing intervention.Then the discharge status,psychology,sleep,comfort,pain status and recovery complications of the two groups were observed.Results The postoperative length of stay,total length of stay and total cost of stay in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After operation,the psychological scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the scores of sleep and comfort were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).The psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of sleep and comfort were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain status of the observation group at 2h,1d,2d after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of nursing intervention with rapid rehabilitation concept can effectively alleviate the stress response of patients undergoing nasal septum reconstruction under general anesthesia,and can effectively reduce the recovery complications.
