摘 要:重庆国瑞中心塔楼的结构高度202.40m,为B级高度的超高层建筑结构,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。根据《建筑地基基础设计规范》(DBJ 50-047-2006)进行了基础设计的抗滑移和抗倾覆验算,以保证结构在各工况下的抗倾覆和抗滑移稳定性。在结构首层、25层设置了屈曲约束支撑,以减小楼层的刚度突变,增加结构的刚度,提高结构的抗震性能。对结构进行了小震、中震、大震作用下的分析计算,并在此基础上采取了相应的抗震加强措施。计算结果表明,结构可以达到预定的抗震性能目标。The tower of Chongqing Guorui Center is a super high-rise building structure with 202.40m structural height which exceeds the code height requirement of B-level building,and the frame-corewall structural system is adopted.The anti-overturning and anti-sliding were checked in foundation design according to Code for design of building foundation(DBJ 50-047—2006),to ensure the anti-overturning and anti-sliding stability of the structure under different working conditions.In the 1st and 25th floors of the structure,buckling restrained braces were set up to reduce the abrupt change of stiffness,increase the structural rigidity and improve the seismic performance of the structure.Based on the analysis and calculation of the structure under the action of frequent,fortification and rare earthquakes,the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken.The calculation results show that the structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance targets.
