摘　　要：文章主要针对热带海岛地区联合作战卫勤保障中存在的问题,通过分析热带海岛地区复杂自然地理环境的影响因素,提出健全卫勤保障指挥体系、完善卫生防疫机制、注重战创伤救护训练、建立伤员后送体系、打牢军民联合保障基础等卫勤保障建设意见和建议,为未来我军在热带海岛地区的联合作战卫勤保障提供参考借鉴。This article mainly focuses on the problems existing in medical support of joint operations in tropical island areas.Through analyzing the influencing factors of complex natural geographical environment in tropical island areas,we can puts forward some suggestions on the construction of medical support,completing the command system of medical support,perfecting the mechanism of health and epidemic prevention,emphasizing the training of war trauma rescue,establishing the evacuation system of the wounded,and laying a solid foundation for joint military and civilian support.Then we can provide a reference for the medical support of our army in joint operations in tropical island areas in the future.
