摘　　要："医食同源,吃营养,吃健康"已经成为人们的共识。针对我国苹果产业特色多样化品种严重不足等问题,以高类黄酮(红皮与红肉)苹果为主线、新疆红肉苹果挖掘与创新利用为研究重点,采用"理论与技术创新并重及良种良法配套"的研究思路,创建了优质高效育种技术体系,育成了"幸福美满"等高类黄酮苹果新品种,营养保健价值高,鲜食品质优良,易着色,可免套袋,市场前景广阔;提出了新品种配套栽培与加工技术,为新品种的大面积推广应用提供了技术支撑,形成了"理论、技术、品种和产品"的系统创新成果,助力健康中国,服务乡村振兴。"Medical food homology,eat nutrition,eat health"has become the consensus.In view of the problems such as the single variety of apple industry in China,the serious shortage of characteristic varieties,taking"high flavonoid(red-skin and red-fleshed)"as the main line and Malus sieversii f.niedzwetzkyana as the research focus,we adopted the research idea of"equal emphasis on theory and technology innovation and matching with improved varieties and methods",established a high-quality and efficient breeding technology system,and bred new varieties of high-flavonoid apples,such as’Xinghong’,’Fuhong’,’Meihong’and’Manhong’,with high nutritional and health value,good quality of fresh food,easy coloring,no bagging,and broad market prospect;The supporting cultivation and processing technology of new varieties is put forward,which provides technical support for the large-scale promotion and application of new varieties,forms the systematic innovation achievements of"theory,technology,varieties and products",helps healthy China and serves rural revitalization.
