摘 要:为明确不同杀菌剂对樱桃流胶病菌的抑菌效果,采用紫外分光光度计法和菌丝生长速率法测定常用药剂的室内敏感性。结果表明:对丁香假单胞菌抑制作用较强的药剂为53.8%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂,其次为3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂,其EC50值分别为23.763、80.776μg/mL;对葡萄座腔菌的菌丝生长抑制作用较强的药剂为43%戊唑醇悬浮剂和25%咪鲜胺乳油,其次为70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂和24%腈苯唑悬浮剂,其EC50值依次为0.052、0.096、0.854、0.962μg/mL。田间试验表明,53.8%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、43%戊唑醇悬浮剂、25%咪鲜胺乳油等4种药剂的防治效果较好,分别为72.6%、66.1%、65.9%和63.7%。因此,在樱桃流胶病发病的不同时期轮换使用53.8%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、43%戊唑醇悬浮剂和25%咪鲜胺乳油等药剂,可以有效控制该病害。The inhibitory effect of twelve chemical agents to the pathogen of the cherry gummosis was evaluated by using turbidimetric growth assay method and mycelium growth rate method,respectively.The fungicides that most strongly inhibited the Pseudomonas syringae pv.syringae were copper hydroxide and zhongshengmycin,the average EC50 value were 23.763μg/mL and 80.776μg/mL.Tebuconazole and prochloraz had maximum toxicity against mycelial growth of Botryosphaeria dothidea with the average EC50 value of 0.052μg/mL and 0.096μg/mL.The fungicides of methyl-thionyl and fenbuconazole closely followed with the average EC50 value of 0.854μg/mL and 0.962μg/mL.Field experiments showed that copper hydroxide,zhongshengmycin,prochloraz and tebuconazole had good control effect on the cherry gummosis,its control efficiency were 72.6%,66.1%,65.9%and 63.7%,respectively.Therefore,copper hydroxide,zhongshengmycin,tebuconazole and prochloraz can be used to control the cherry gummosis in different periods.
