4R危机理论的风险管理在乳腺癌术后植入式静脉输液港化疗患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察4R危机理论的风险管理在乳腺癌术后植入式静脉输液港(VPA)化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的40例乳腺癌术后VPA化疗患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和实验组,各20例。对照组予以常规干预,实验组在此基础上予以4R危机理论的风险管理。观察两组不良事件发生情况、护理满意度(NSNS),对比两组干预前后日常生活能力(ADL)、生活质量(QOL)。结果实验组不良事件发生率与对照组对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,实验组ADL、QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论4R危机理论的风险管理应用于乳腺癌术后VPA化疗患者,可改善生活质量,提高日常生活能力及护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of risk management of 4R crisis theory in in patients with postoperative implantable intravenous infusion port chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods 40 patients with postoperative VPA for breast cancer were selected from December 2016 to December 2018,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,20 each.The control group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was given risk management based on 4R crisis theory.The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction(NSNS)were observed and the activities of daily living(ADL)and quality of life(QOL)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);After intervention,the ADL and QOL scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 4R risk management theory to VPA patients after breast cancer surgery can improve the quality of life,improve the ability of daily living and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
