摘 要:目前国内煤矿企业对综采工作面矿压数据的采集记录还比较落后,都是通过控制台岗位工手动统计,逐条数据录入Excel表格,然后分析处理形成矿压报表。全过程都是人工手动完成,存在耗时耗力,数据记录不准确,分析报表发布不及时等问题。为了解决人工手动统计的繁琐工序,容易出错以及报表推送不及时的问题,借助上位机数据库,对采煤机割煤行走轨迹和液压支架压力数据进行实时监测并存储,通过调取分析综采工作面采煤时间节点,导出对应的支架压力数据,形成专业矿压规律分析报告,并通过企业微信平台及时发送至相关人员,为矿井生产决策和指挥提供依据。At present,the Chinese coal mine enterprises are lagging in the collection technology of mine pressure data on the fully mechanized coal mining face,for they generally receive the manual statistics made by the control console,enter the data in an Excel item by item,and then form a pressure report after analysis and treatment.As the whole process is completed manually,there are problems such as time and labor consuming,incorrect data recording,overdue issue of analysis reports,etc.In order to solve these problems,the upper computer database can be used to monitor and save the motion tracks of coal cutters and the pressure data of hydraulic supports in real time,so that professional rule analysis reports of mine pressure can be formed by acquiring and analyzing the time nodes for coal cutting on the fully mechanized coal mining face and exporting the corresponding data of hydraulic supports,thus providing a basis for production decision and command of coal mines by sending the reports to relevant personnel via the WeCom in time。
