摘 要:本文介绍了股份制企业薪酬管理和改革的相关内容,通过对现阶段铁路多种经营系统股份制企业薪酬管理中存在的问题进行分析,探讨铁路多种经营系统股份制企业薪酬改革的基本框架,提出具体的薪酬改革措施,以加强对铁路多种经营系统股份制企业薪酬管理的研究,转变传统的股份制企业薪酬管理模式,积极实施企业薪酬改革,以提高铁路多种经营系统股份制企业的核心竞争力,适应企业当前的发展需求,推动企业可持续发展。This article mainly introduces the related content of salary management and reform of joint-stock enterprises.Through the analysis on the problems in the salary management of joint-stock enterprises in the railway diversified operation system at current stage,this article discusses the basic framework for the salary reform of such joint-stock enterprises,and proposes specific salary reform measures,so as to strengthen the research on the salary management of such joint-stock enterprises,transform the traditional salary management model of joint-stock enterprises,and actively implement the enterprise salary reform,aiming to improve the core competitiveness of such joint-stock enterprises,adapt to the current development needs of enterprises,promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
