摘 要:为探讨黑灵(Ganoderma atrum)芝多糖对运动训练大鼠抗氧化水平与运动能力的影响,筛选100只雄性Wistar大鼠作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组5组(每组20只)。试验组4组大鼠每天坚持做跑台耐力运动,持续30 d,黑灵芝多糖力竭组和黑灵芝多糖力竭休息组每天灌胃黑灵芝多糖,最后1次运动训练完成后,对照组大鼠在休息状态下处死,检测大鼠肝组织和线粒体指标;力竭组、力竭休息组、黑灵芝多糖力竭组、黑灵芝多糖力竭休息组大鼠运动至力竭后,力竭组和黑灵芝多糖力竭组大鼠处死,检测大鼠肝组织和线粒体指标;力竭休息组和黑灵芝多糖力竭休息组在休息12 h后处死,做肝组织和线粒体指标检测。结果显示运动力竭后B组的GSH-Px活力值为(76.06±10.11)U·mL^-1,SOD活力值为(218.57±27.22)U·mL^-1,低于A组,B组MDA值为(5.16±0.33)nmol·mL^-1,高于A组;C组肝组织中GSH-Px活力值为(85.36±11.96)U·mL^-1,SOD活力为(237.52±20.14)U·mL^-1,比A组低,MDA值为(4.29±0.29)nmol·mL^-1,高于A组(P<0.05);服用黑灵芝多糖大鼠力竭后,肝组织中NOS活力及N0摩尔质量、线粒体Na+/K+-ATPase、Ca2+/Mgh2+-ATPase活力与A比较要低(P<0.05),比B组高(P<0.05);休息12 h后,肝组织中NOS活力、N0摩尔质量和线粒体指标达到A组水平,和B组相比显著升高(P<0.01),和C、D组相比显著升高(P<0.05);D组的力竭时间为(92.14±16.04)min,延长23%,与B组相比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。In order to investigate the effect of Ganoderma atrum polysaccharide on the antioxidant level and exercise ability of exercise training rats,100 male Wistar rats were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group(20 rats in each group).The rats in the experimental group 4 did treadmill endurance exercise every day for 30 days.After the last exercise training,the rats in the control group were killed at rest,and the liver tissue and mitochondrial indexes of the rats were detected,the rats in the exhausted group,the exhausted rest group,the G.atrum polysaccharide exhausted group,and the G.atrum polysaccharide exhausted rest group were exhausted.The rats in the sugar exhaustion group were killed and the liver tissue and mitochondrial indexes were detected;the rats in the exhausted rest group and G.atrum polysaccharide exhausted rest group were killed after 12 h rest,and the liver tissue and mitochondrial indexes were detected.The results showed that the GSH PX activity and SOD activity of group B were(76.06±10.11)U·mL^-1 and(218.57±27.22)U·mL^-1,which were lower than those of group A,and the MDA value of group B was(5.16±0.33)nmol·mL^-1.In group C,GSH PX activity was(85.36±11.96)U·mL^-1,SOD activity was(237.52±20.14)U·mL^-1,lower than that of group A,MDA value was(4.29±0.29)nmol·mL^-1,higher than after exhaustive administration of G.atrum polysaccharides,the activity of NOS and the molar weight of NO,the activities of Na+/K+-ATPase and Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase in liver tissue were lower than those in group A(P<0.05),and higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the activity of NOS,the molar mass of NO and the index of mitochondria in liver tissue reached the level of group A,which were significantly increased compared with group B(P<0.01),and significantly increased compared with group C and D(P<0.05),the exhaustion time of group D was(92.14±16.04)min,which was 23%longer than that of group B(P<0.05).
