摘  要:探讨茶薪菇多糖对运动性肌肉疲劳功能恢复的影响,选择脉冲式电流对中华大蟾蜍离体排肠肌直接刺激后作为疲劳模型,随机分为3组,每10只,茶薪菇多糖含量0.10 mg·mL^-1,为高浓度组、0.05 mg·mL^-1为中浓度组以及0.01 mg·mL^-1为低浓度组。结果表明,低浓度、中浓度、高浓度组的茶薪菇多糖均对离体蟾蛛排肠肌收缩幅度下降到最大收缩幅度10%的时间分别为(667.87±65.25)s、(501.62±88.34)s、(673.66±148.25)s,50%的时间分别为(224.13±75.78)s、(185.78±46.65)s、(218.16±73.08)s,90%的时间分别为(54.66±41.75)s、(60.09±35.48)s、(50.82±30.66)s,3组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),表明茶薪菇多糖能显著改善运动性肌肉疲劳。To investigate the effect of Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharides on the recovery of exercise muscle fatigue function,electric current directly stimulated the intestinal discharge muscle of Chinese toad were pulsed as the fatigue model,and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 0.10 mg·mL^-1 polysaccharide content in each group as the high concentration group,0.05 mg·mL^-1 as the medium concentration group and 0.01 mg·mL^-1 as the low concentration group.The results showed that the time for the polysaccharide from A.aegerita to decrease to the maximum contraction amplitude of 10%was(667.87±65.25)s,(501.62±88.34)s,(673.66±148.25)s in the low,medium and high concentration groups,and the time for 50%was(224.13±75.78)s,(185.78±46.65)s,(218.16±73.08)s,respectively.90%of the time was(54.66±41.75)s,(60.09±35.48)s and(50.82±30.66)s,respectively,which showed significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05),indicating that A.aegerita polysaccharide can significantly improve exercise muscle fatigue.
