摘 要:针对食用菌多糖提取技术,研究其专利信息资源及侵权风险问题。提出了食用菌多糖提取技术的专利信息资源和检索方法,从多个角度讨论了食用菌多糖提取技术专利的检索结果,探讨了食用菌多糖提取技术的现状和侵权风险。加大对食用菌多糖提取的知识产权保护,有效规避专利侵权风险,对促进我食用菌知识产权保护和食用菌产业的健康发展具有重要的意义。The patent information resources and infringement risk of edible fungi polysaccharide extraction technology were studied.The patent information resources and retrieval methods of edible fungi polysaccharide extraction technology were given,the retrieval results of edible fungi polysaccharide extraction technology patent were discussed from multiple perspectives.The status quo and infringement risk of edible fungi polysaccharide extraction technology were discussed.It is of great significance to strengthen the intellectual property protection of edible fungi polysaccharide extraction and effectively avoid the risk of patent infringement,so as to promote the intellectual property protection of edible fungi and the healthy development of edible fungi industry.
