摘　　要：科技企业不同发展阶段融资需求不同,政府科技金融平台促进科技与金融融合对接,第三方服务体系协同科技与金融创新,科技与金融融合信用风险较高,互联网金融信息透明,降低信用风险。Technology enterprises need different financial services in different stages. The government platforms of technology finance promote the integration of technology and Finance. Folk service system develops integration and innovation. The credit risk of the integration of technology and finance is high. Internet finance reduce the credit risk for information advantages.
